COEX) brought several hundred operators, food manufacturers, suppliers, and industry service providers to Atlanta March 8 to 10. Throughout the event, food manufacturing companies showcased their products and shared culinary creations tailored to operator kitchens.
The two main chef-led events of COEX 2026 were the opening evening reception, allowing attendees to sample a wide variety of dishes at stations surrounding the reception area, and the well-respected Menu-a-thon.
