SALLY MINIER

 

 

Head of Workplace Strategies,  Jane Street

 

Minier currently focuses on design and development of employee amenities and hospitality spaces at Jane Street. Prior to this, she spent eleven years as the Global Head of Office Administration at the firm, overseeing all food service, travel, and hospitality services. 

Before Jane Street, she owned and operated Sweet Sally’s Bakeshop, an online kosher bakery that became an overnight success, earning front-page coverage in The Wall Street Journal and appearances on NBC and Fox Business News.  Minier spent many years as a food service client liaison at Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Viacom/MTV.  

Sally is active in several food service organizations serving as a Chapter Board Member of the New York State Restaurant Association and a Member of the IFMA B&I Foodservice Leadership Council. She also served as President of the Society for Foodservice and Hospitality Management from 2006 to 2007.

Laura Lozano, a 2010 Silver Plate awardee, is a senior consultant in the hospitality industry, most recently working for Innovative Hospitality Solutions. Lozano was a global director for Workforce Design and Connectivity at Nike, and the Global Food Service liaison at Dell. She holds a master's degree in human nutrition and a bachelor's in food science and technology.
