  • November 16: Private Dinner (6:30pm)
  • November 17: Operator/Supplier Meetings (8:00am - 3:00pm)
  • Location: IFMA Food Away from Home Office - 180 N. Steston Ave Suite 2250 Chicago, IL

Participating Operators – Operator/Supplier XChange

Meet the key decision-makers from leading C&U foodservice operations who will be participating in the Operator/Supplier XChange. Each of these operators plays a critical role in shaping their institution's foodservice strategies and operations, offering a unique opportunity for manufacturers to connect directly with the leaders who make purchasing decisions.

Participating Operators will be annouced closer to the event date.

Participation Cost

Included in $5,000 per company registration fee:

  • Two people
  • Dinner on the night of November 16th and breakfast and lunch on the17th
  • Hotel bookings are the responsibility of the participating company.

Your table setup:

  • Table with 4 seats
  • Access to standard power
  • Wifi

Recommendations on what to bring (not required):

  • Marketing collateral
  • Samples that are shelf stable
  • A branded table cloth

Note that this event takes place in an office environment. A kitchen prep area and refrigeration are not available. Any shipping and handling is at the expense, responsibility, and liability of the participating company.

Who Can Register: This event is open to only IFMA The Food Away From Home Association members. Non-members will not be able to register. Curious about membership? Contact membership@ifmaworld.com 

Sign In: Please sign in to the website. Your username is your email address. After signing in, complete your registration by clicking the 'Proceeding to Check Out' button and submitting your order. You may register other individuals at your company if they are on your company roster using the "Register Someone Else" button.

Don't have an account? - IFMA The Food Away From Home Association Member Company: If you work for an member company but don’t have a login, contact your company administrator to be added to your organization’s member roster. 

Email Confirmations- After you register you will receive two emails. One from IFMA confirming your order and one from GoToWebinar our webinar platform. The GoToWebinar email will contain the link to access the webinar.
